Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide!
Are books signed?
There are options for both a signed or unsigned copy of each edition! However if you ever see Crystal in the wild or at an event, don't hesitate to ask for your items to be signed if they aren't, she will be MORE than happy to!
What's the difference between paperback and hardcover?
The paperback edition is the complete story with a stunning cover design! The Hardcover edition comes with the exclusive character art dust jacket, a two-page spread map, chapter art, and a BONUS chapter!
When will my preorder ship?
Pre-orders will ship on the date mentioned in the product listing or at an otherwise stated date provided by Crystal or her team! (For new release books, this will be the day of books release!)
Can I collect my ATLCON preorder?
Yes! Any preorder made for the ATLCON event can be collected on the day from Crystal at her table, otherwise you can choose to have the item shipped to you!
Can I have my book signed at ATLCON?
Um, YES! If you are at ATLCON and want to get something signed on the day or bring something along to be signed, Crystal will be ready and willing to provide as many signatures as you'd like!
Will the ATLCON covers be available after the convention?
The ATLCON covers will be exclusive to the event, if there is any unsold stock after the event, it will be available for purchase on the site until there is no longer any stock.
How many Limited Editions are being made?
The Special Editions of Hunted by Fate and Bound by Shadow will have a limited print run of 100 copies each, these will be numbered individually and once they are gone, they are gone!
Will the limited edition be reprinted?
No. The Special Editions will only have the one run through of copies, once they are sold out they will not be printed again.
Can I combine pre-order and in-stock items?
We would recommend making two seperate orders, one for in-stock items and one for your pre-order, to limit any shipping delays that may occur.
