I'm the author behind The Veilbound Series - a dark fantasy romance series filled with dangerous worlds, complicated bonds, ancient secrets, questionable decisions and character who really should communicate more.

WHY I WRITE

I've always been a little too comfortable with disappearing into fictional worlds. Reading has been my sanctuary, my happy place, my escape.
Growing up, I constantly lived in worlds my dad wrote for me, any book I could get my hands on, and the stories in my mind.

Give me a complicated character, a dangerous world, a little forbidden romance and a secret that should absolutely not be uncovered, and I'm in heaven!

Eventually, all of those stories living in my head became something I couldn't ignore.

And that's how Hunted by Fate was born.

What started as an idea, over the span of ten years went through so many lives and forms, from a silly story in the notes app in my phone, to a NaNoWriMo entry, to countless drafts, until finally it became Elaria, Atlas, the Veil, the realm beyond it, and an entire mythology that somehow became much bigger than I ever intended.

Hunted by Fate is only the beginning.

There are still worlds to discover, secrets to uncover and, unfortunately for my characters, a lot more trouble waiting beyond the Veil.

BEHIND THE BOOKS

When I'm not writing, I'm usually somewhere between mum life, family chaos, too many ideas and saying "I just need to write this one thing down" before taking up yet another wall in my house with sticky notes and study cards filled with chaos and plot twists.

I write from home, usually surrounded by the very real-life chaos of two toddlers, a very needy puppy and a cat that has more attitude than Elaria, that somehow makes fictional chaos feel relaxing.

My stories are where I get to disappear for a while.

And now I'm inviting you to disappear with me.

Because honestly?

Reality is overrated.

I'd much rather be somewhere beyond the Veil.
